Nashua Police Seek Public's Help In Apparent Assault At Mall

NASHUA, NH ( WBZ NewsRadio ) — Police in Nashua, New Hampshire are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who was involved in an apparent assault outside the Pheasant Lane Mall on Sunday.

They say that around 3:00 p.m. Officers responded to the lower level of the parking garage in the rear of the mall between Target and Macy’s for a report that a male came up to a female from behind and assaulted her as she was loading items into her car.

He placed one hand over her mouth and the other on her waist. When she screamed and fought off — he ran away.

She was not injured.

Police have released surveillance footage of the suspect saying that he is described “as a black male, average height and build wearing a black jacket jeans and a winter hat”
